Our design process
Every project starts with a site visit and conversation about how you want to use your yard. We develop a concept plan with plant lists, hardscape elements, lighting, and irrigation. Once you approve we install - typically 1-4 weeks depending on project size.

What gets included
Plant selection and placement, soil preparation, drip and spray irrigation design, low-voltage lighting, hardscape elements (paths, patios, retaining walls, dry creek beds), edging, mulch, and a 90-day maintenance plan.
Investment range
Small front yard refreshes start around $5,000. Mid-scope projects typically run $12,000-$30,000. Larger projects with significant hardscape, lighting, or water features can range $40,000 to $150,000+.

How long does a design project take?
Concept and plan development typically takes 2-3 weeks. Installation depends on scope: small projects 3-5 days, mid-scope 2-3 weeks, large projects 4-8 weeks.
Can I see your previous work?
Yes. We have a portfolio of recent Foster City and Peninsula projects we can show during our initial consultation.
